About the Role To provide swift and effective recruitment support to agency and internal departments, aiming to uplift No. of new recruits while keeping track on new recruit’s overall business performance so as to contribute to the business goals. Roles and Responsibilities: Agency Recruitment Support (70%)Establish effective communication channels with agencies, which could instantly give advice & solutions to agency recruiters regarding recruitment. Streamline the recruitment contracting workflow and shorten the turnaround time (TAT) for the onboarding process. Drive the company recruitment strategies to achieve the business KPIs, including but not limited to: No. of New Recruit (NR), No. of AIAPA NR, Leader Active, NR Active Ratio, Finance Package Validation Ratio, Retention, etc. Collaborate with zone ABPs to keep track on respected agency’s recruitment status, which could have early intervention on NR progress by giving practical advice. Operational Efficiency (20%)Execute system/ workflow enhancement with quality control by proper documentation and performing simulation run/post-production check whichever is appropriate. Proof-read and issue Letter of Understanding (LOU) for the agents who applied financial scheme. Develop monitoring reports for overall performance review and exceptional case reporting & handling. Business Quality Assurance (10%)Keep the professionalism on recruitment behavior as well as risk management in compliance standard. Minimum Job Requirements: Education & Experience Diploma holder or above. Minimum 5 years working experience in financial institution, relevant experience in Agency Registration, Agency Recruitment, Customer Relationships and process improvement projects is preferable. Specific Skills Proactively handle agency’s enquiries. Proficient in MS Office with good command of both spoken & written English & Chinese. Able to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. Good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills. Good problem solving skills and attentive to details.
