Interpreting data and analyzing results using statistical techniques and providing ongoing reports. Developing and implementing databases, data collection systems, and data analytics. Acquiring data from primary and secondary sources, filtering, and cleaning it. Designing analytics reports for useful business insights into end-user behavior, system performance, etc. Communicating with colleagues and other departments regularly to share results and determine future business needs. Ensuring data accuracy and continuously improving data quality. Product Manager Responsibilities Working alongside Data Engineers, Data Analysts, Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, and Dev Ops Engineers. The Data team is in charge of everything that is driven by the vast and varied datasets produced by our platform and ecosystem - insight/analytics, data APIs, machine learning models, and at-scale data systems to support it all. Data feeds, reports, dashboards, metrics & KPIs for varied internal and external constituencies. Distillation of high-grade datasets that enable data science and machine learning. Development, productization, and refinement of machine learning models. APIs powered by this data and models. Initiatives to support data quality and completeness. Data Scientist Responsibilities Working with a team of world-class engineers and analysts to gain insight, optimize systems, and drive revenue. Your responsibilities will include designing, producing, and improving ML & AI systems that will optimize some of the most crucial aspects of the group's monetization strategy. Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, BI & Data, preferably in Statistics. At least 5 years' relevant experience in Commerce, mobile apps/gaming, or other similar fields. Statistical and data mining techniques like GLM/Regression, Random Forest, Boosting, Trees, etc. Statistical/data languages: R, Python, SQL, etc. Web services: Redshift, S3, Athena, etc. Creating and using advanced machine learning algorithms: simulation, clustering, neural networks, etc. Data/database tools: Excel, My SQL/Postgre SQL, etc. Data visualization & presentation for stakeholders using: Power BI, Tableau, etc. Minimum Requirements for Data Analyst and Product Manager At least 5 years of experience in dealing with data-driven products. Unpacking underlying value in data-related requests originating from various constituencies, prioritizing, and breaking down the work. Maintaining the team backlog and ensuring end-to-end delivery. Working tirelessly to remove obstacles in the team’s path. Engineering background. Outstanding analytical thinking, organizational skills, and attention to detail to understand designs, dependencies, challenges, and risks in order to ensure timely and reliable delivery. Extensive experience in data-centric environments. Experience working in cross-functional delivery-focused agile teams. Experience with iterative development across multiple work streams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
