Limited Apply Now Job Highlights Microsoft Dynamics, ERP, CRM Project Management Strong Customer Relationship Job Description Responsibilities: Project Planning: Develop a comprehensive project plan, including objectives, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and ensure alignment with organizational strategies and customer requirements. Team Leadership: Lead a team of professionals, including developers, analysts, and subject matter experts. Provide guidance, support, and clear direction to team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Project Execution: Oversee the execution of the project plan, monitoring progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies. Coordinate activities across multiple teams, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards. Change Management: Develop change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of AP automation software within the organization. Identify and address potential barriers to change, and provide training and support to end users. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus. Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in software implementation projects or ERP systems. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, specifically Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. Familiarity with AP automation software solutions and their integration with ERP systems. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are desirable but not mandatory. Adaptability and flexibility to manage changing priorities and project requirements. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
