Project Manager / System Architect (Cloud) - ICClient Description: Leading IT&T services company in Hong Kong Job Description: Responsibilities: Direct the project team to provide IT solutions and implementation services to business users in addressing the business/application requirements as defined in this tender specifications. Responsible for planning and negotiating with different levels of users and project stakeholders to prioritize project tasks and activities. Guide the project team to conduct business process analysis, requirement analysis, design workshops, and prototype sessions with users. Ensure the projects are delivered on time, within budget, meeting user requirements and complying with all established policies, standards, procedures, and service level agreements. Review project work products and contractual deliverables to ensure their quality meets acceptance criteria and service level agreements. Manage scope, contractual, financial issues, and change requests timely to mitigate impacts on project milestones and deliverables. Connect with and mobilize required domain subject matter experts or technology experts to resolve solution and implementation issues on a timely basis. Additional Responsibilities: Design, build, and deploy the total system and various solution components integration in accordance with technical specifications and compliance with the Enterprise Architecture Framework. Design, create, and monitor the implementation of end-to-end system integrations for the total solutions. Review new and existing system designs and recommend improvements for performance, reliability, scalability, and extensibility. Propose cost-effective enhancements to existing architecture and infrastructure framework. Address security, data privacy, and cybersecurity requirements ensuring regulatory compliance. Develop and execute thorough test plans at various testing stages to validate the technical performance and stability of the proposed solution. Job Requirements: Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Software Engineering is a must.15 years of relevant IT experience with 8+ years in implementing complex system integration projects, including 5 years in a similar role. PMP or PRINCE2 Certification & Cloud project experience are preferable. Skillful in Microsoft Azure Platform, particularly in system architecture design and integration. Large scale project implementation experience with applications running in the cloud. Proven subcontractor management skills and experience managing multiple suppliers/stakeholders. Solid experience in using industry-standard methodology for design and enterprise architecture. Fluent in Cantonese and English, with good command of writing and presentation skills. Excellent customer-facing, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
