This role is to assist the development of individual life insurance products to support achievement of the Company’s goals including business analysis support, individual life insurance product implementation/project execution and deliver solutions to improve business efficiency, with focus on devising business user stories, testing and verifying solutions on internal systems and digital platforms.
Job Responsibilities:

Execute user acceptance test, document test results and communicate the results to both IT and business users for rectification / verification. Follow up on defects identified during UAT and ensure the defects are resolved in timely manner.
Assist in carrying out business impact assessment, facilitate project manager and business users to define system testing scenarios, prepare test cases and expected outputs.
Prepare business user stories, test plan and test cases according to test scope. Provide business analytical support and assist in identifying areas for improvement for the operation business process.
Support project management activities, including project scoping, task scheduling, progress monitoring, issue management and escalation to ensure projects are delivered within timeframe.
Prepare implementation materials (including training material and FAQ).
Perform post-implementation support (including but not limited to post monitoring support and reporting, issues discussion & resolution and usage enquiry support).

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree holder in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in insurance or banking industry
Good knowledge of insurance products and operation workflow in life operations
Knowledge of UAT methodologies, tools, and best practices is preferred
Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese is must)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and organizing skills
Logical, numerical sensitive, proactive and attentive to details.
Good negotiation and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and Microsoft 365 applications
Candidates with less experience may be considered as Business Analyst
