The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in quantitative finance, algorithmic trading, and blockchain technologies to develop low-latency, scalable systems that enhance liquidity and risk management capabilities. Key Responsibilities OTC Platform Development: Design and deploy high-performance OTC trading systems for spot, derivatives, and structured products. Integrate with De Fi protocols (e.g., AMMs, RFQ systems) and major blockchain networks (Ethereum, Solana, Cosmos). Implement smart order routing and real-time liquidity aggregation for optimal trade execution. Margin Trading System Design: Build risk management engines for cross-margin, isolated margin, and liquidation logic. Develop collateralization models to support tokenized real-world assets (RWAs). External Market-Making Partnerships: Create APIs and incentive structures for onboarding external market makers. Develop tools for liquidity provisioning, fee rebates, and performance monitoring. Quantitative Modeling: Develop pricing models for crypto derivatives (perpetuals, options). Simulate and deploy statistical arbitrage strategies using blockchain and exchange data. Compliance & Security: Ensure systems conform to regional regulatory standards (e.g., Mi CA, FATF guidelines). Conduct smart contract audits and implement security best practices. Qualifications Essential:3–5 years of experience in quantitative development, preferably in crypto trading, hedge funds, or financial technology. Proficiency in Python, C++, or Rust, particularly for building low-latency systems. Strong understanding of: Blockchain technologies (consensus mechanisms, MEV, wallets). De Fi protocols (Uniswap, d Yd X, GMX). Cryptography (ECDSA, zero-knowledge proofs). Proven ability to develop and deploy production-ready trading algorithms. Preferred: Familiarity with institutional trading tools (e.g., Prime XM, FIX protocol). Knowledge of cross-chain interoperability solutions (e.g., Layer Zero, Wormhole).
