Regional Client Solutions Senior Manager (Investment Sales focused) - Top-Tier Global Financial institution- Location: Hong Kong or Singapore We are partnering with a fast-expanding Global Financial Institution in Hong Kong/ Singapore and they are seeking a seasoned professional to be part of their regional client solutions team. Being a senior member of the team, you will help in developing the business strategy with a focus on Wealth Manager. To succeed in this role, you should have extensive knowledge in the private market/ alternatives products and have solid experience in client acquisition, promoting funds, building client relationships, facilitating transactions and also providing market insights. Responsibilities of the role: Facilitating Transactions: to build and maintain a strong, sustainable pipeline of prospective clients while fostering deep relationships with both clients and prospects, navigating complex negotiations within a multi-stakeholder sales process. Market Insights: to educate clients on Private Markets and Alternative investment products, providing insights on market trends and analysis while effectively communicating the firm's investment solutions and capabilities to clients and partners. Continuously gather and share insights on the competitive landscape, investor preferences, and market trends with colleagues worldwide. Requirements of the role: Strong academic background in relevant field. Over 16 years of extensive experience in the Asset or Wealth Management industry, with a proven track record in client relationship development and management. Must hold an SFC license as a representative for Type 1 and 4 activities. (if candidate is based in Hong Kong)Significant experience in marketing private markets and alternative investment funds to the private wealth sector, with a strong understanding of the distribution model is highly preferred. Entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities. Outstanding presentation, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and effectively manage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Highly collaborative, with a strategic approach to business opportunities and client management. Self-motivated, independent, and adaptable to a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment, with a proactive, hands-on attitude.
