You will be part of our regional International Supply Chain team, enabling our customers to optimize their supply chains through our order management + sea transportation management solutions. Your Role Your primary objective is to successfully transition new or re-engineered, high-profile opportunities into scalable + profitable business using the global customer implementation methodology (GCIM). Your Responsibilities • To conduct kick-off meetings + capture the agreed scope of work in the Project Charter.• To lead the project team to ensure timely completion of the project deliverables + provide weekly progress reports.• To document + validate critical financial requirements + information.• To validate the as-is vs. to-be solution design + obtain solution design sign-off.• To supervise the technical + operational implementation, then obtain sign-off.• To ensure the creation, validation, sign-off + distribution of all documentation required to execute the business.• To develop training materials + ensure training is delivered as well as obtaining vendor onboarding sign-off.• To provide operational + technical production supervision during hyper care documenting/sharing lessons learned. Your Skills and Experiences Your strong project management skills + knowledge of ISC solutions, along with your communication skills + relationships will be the key to your success.You will be successful in this role because of your knowledge across our operations, products + services; because you possess the key attributes we are looking for.
