Regional Investor Relations Coordinator/Administrator, Global Private Equity Global Top Ranking Private Equity Platform EA, IR and Conference support  Multi-cultural Exposures & Competitive Package  Our Client Global Top Ranking Private Equity & Alternative Asset Management Group with AUM over USD 350bill+ is in search of a Regional IR Senior Coordinator/Administrator. Job Duties Report to the Regional Head of Investors Relations and work along with the professional Investor relations team in Hong Kong Provide the full spectrum of IR support from calendar management to organizing investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows across multiple time zones in the US, Europe & AP region. Ensure smooth logistics and timely support by resolving internal & external clients’ enquiries Timely preparation of investor presentations and quarterly materials for the ongoing administration of the CRM system. Requirements Degree Holder with relevant 6 years+/- Executive Assistant, Institutional Sales Support or Front Office Administrative experience earned from international asset management or financial institutions. A good understanding of the Private Equity/Alternative Investment Industry is highly desirable. Team Player with strong attentiveness to detail Articulated communication and good interpersonal skills Excellent proficiency in English and Mandarin Office Renovation and Project Coordination Friendly and Int’l Working Environment  Job Duties As part of the office administration department for North Asia region Facilitate office renovation and expansion for the HK branch with 400 employees Work closely with IT department on scheduling of renovation Global Private Bank with 500 employees in AP Office Admin Support & Front Office Exposure 5 Days Week. Solid PA Experience to C-Suites Job Duties Provide 1 st class EA and Biz Support to Chairman Manage complex travel itineraries/visa, meeting schedules and busy calendar Assist in editing presentations; preparing minutes and correspondences for meetings/ conferences Manage APAC Office Management Accountabilities  5-day week/ Central Office/ Excellent Job Security  Job Duties Accountable for managing the regional office by supervising a small team of EA/AA  Ensure quality & timely corporate services, facilities management, office procurement & renovation  Oversight the service standard of vendors and on-going budget control of the office
