About the Client: A fast-growing regional financial institution is seeking a high-performing Talent Acquisition leader to drive and scale recruitment across multiple markets.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a commercially minded, execution-driven professional who thrives in lean, high-accountability environments and delivers outcomes with speed and precision.
Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment Delivery: Own the full recruitment lifecycle across corporate, commercial, and operational functions in multiple countries.
Partner closely with business leaders to understand hiring priorities, timelines, and success profiles.
Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to regional leadership and hiring managers.
Translate business needs into clear hiring strategies and deliver practical, executable solutions.
Talent Mapping & Market Intelligence: Proactively map key talent pools, build pipelines, and maintain strong networks across relevant industries.
Provide real-time market insights on availability, compensation, and hiring risks.
Process Optimisation & Execution: Continuously improve recruitment processes to drive speed, quality, and cost efficiency.
Identify bottlenecks, implement pragmatic solutions, and ensure timely closures of priority roles.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience: Represent the organisation professionally in the market.
Ensure a high-touch, responsive, and transparent candidate experience aligned with the firm's values.
Regional Coverage & Scalability: Support hiring across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring consistency in standards while adapting to local market realities and business requirements.
Qualifications: Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with an open profile for candidates from top-tier executive search firms and/or in-house TA teams .
Prior experience managing senior, specialized, or hard-to-fill roles across multiple markets is highly preferred.
Prior industry exposure to international financial institutions and/or insurance companies is a strong advantage.
