Retail Operations Manager (Chinese Patent Medicine & Herbal Products)
We are looking for an experienced Retail Operations Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales growth, and uphold professional standards in our Traditional Chinese Medicine retail business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead overall store operations and achieve sales targets.
Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize product mix and profitability.
Oversee procurement, inventory, and quality control of Chinese patent medicines and herbal products.
Ensure store hygiene, safety, and compliance with the Hong Kong Chinese Medicine Ordinance.
Recruit, train, and evaluate store staff to enhance service quality and product knowledge.
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues to maintain brand reputation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Pharmacy or related field.
Qualification recognized by the Chinese Medicine Council of Hong Kong (e.g., Licensed Pharmacist) is an advantage.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Chinese medicine retail or store management.
Strong leadership, analytical, and customer relationship skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management systems.
Fluent in Cantonese, with communication ability in Mandarin and basic English.
