Key Responsibilities
Design and Implement compensation and benefits strategies to attract, retain and motivate talent to support business goals and market competitiveness
Governance and Committee Support on matters related to all staff compensation, incentive plans, and reward policies and programmes.
Support the annual compensation review cycle, including salary benchmarking, merit increases, bonus payouts, budgeting.
Conduct market surveys and analysis to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
Review and enhance C&B policies and programs, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance with local laws and regulations.
Manage external vendors and internal stakeholders, ensuring quality service and strategic alignment.
Requirements
University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 7 years of relevant HR experience, with a hands‑on experience in Compensation and Benefits, preferably with supervisory experience gained in the financial industry
Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and employment legislation in Hong Kong
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Human Resources Management Software
Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, with good communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Excellent interpersonal skills
