Our client, an Investment Bank, is looking for a high-caliber person to fill the position. Job Duties Managing and approving trade flow and working with front office, all middle to back functional support teams to ensure trading activities are properly booked in the internal system. Daily oversight of all trade booking, validation, and settlement-related activities and checking against orders of the FICC desk in order to identify any breaches or violations of internal compliance and risk monitoring rules. In charge of updating and maintaining the FICC underlying securities whitelist every month. Analyze counterparties' financial strength and, based on the information provided by the FICC department, propose appropriate DVP limits. Ensuring operational standards are adhered to and that any exception processes are fully documented and approved. Identify and lead control and process improvement opportunities across the desks/entities. Participate in the new product approval process by analyzing the impact on trade booking, settlement, end-of-day process, and regulatory reporting. Initiate projects when required to facilitate IT development or process change. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in a quantitative discipline or finance-related field is preferred. At least 3 years of experience in a trade support function. A strong understanding of Fixed Income and Credit Structure Cash and Derivatives products in both exchange and OTC markets, product lifecycles, and settlement markets. Control-focused mindset with a track record of excelling in risk management teams. Good team player, detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and work under pressure. Experience using Bloomberg, proficient in MS Office, with advanced experience in Excel highly preferred. Understanding of common derivative instruments and a good understanding of ISDA/CSA Master Agreements & Definitions would be a plus. Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, with proficiency in Mandarin highly preferred.
