Responsibilities
Lead business due diligence on real‑world assets (RWA), analyzing how assets are securitized and reviewing underlying documentation to ensure soundness and enforceability.
Identify and verify all underlying assets within RWA token structures, ensuring accuracy and transparency in token composition.
Assess the legal capacity of RWA issuers, confirming their authority to represent and warrant redemption obligations.
Review token economics, including issuance mechanisms and protections against dilution, to safeguard current holders.
Conduct comprehensive business and legal due diligence on issuers, reviewing incorporation documents and security agreements to ensure compliance and enforceability.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including finance, compliance, and operations, to provide actionable insights for structuring RWA transactions.
Requirements
A law degree in either Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, UK or the US
at least 1 year of experience in traditional financial printing documents, i.e. Listing due diligence in either NASDAQ, KOSPI, HKSE, NYSE.
Proven ability to review and analyze complex financial documents, including prospectuses, security agreements, and collateral structures.
Familiarity with structured finance, securitization, or tokenized real‑world assets is highly desirable.
