Solicit REIT Portfolio management and provide real estate investment scheme management to clients. Manage the solicitation of business opportunities in Securities Product and Securities Business for branch banking clients. Oversee efficient and excellent Securities services for clients from Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. Job Requirements University degree holder. RI qualification for RA1 and RA4, RA9 is a MUST. Fluency in Mandarin is a MUST.10 years of securities dealing experience in banking or brokerage sectors, preferably with team management or branch management experience. Experience in REIT Portfolio management and real estate investment scheme management. Good knowledge of securities products and operation policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. A mature, detail-minded, and confident team leader with initiative and motivation for teammates. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to manage confrontational issues. Able to exercise judgment, work under pressure, and liaise effectively with various business units and supporting units. Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English, including Cantonese and Putonghua.
