As a key player in our Life & Health team, you will forge strong client relationships, develop new products, and promote digital solutions. This position is based in Hong Kong and reports to General Manager, Life & Health, Hong Kong and Taiwan. YOUR ROLESpearhead the negotiation and acceptance of life reinsurance business, adhering to company pricing and underwriting standards Deliver exceptional client service, including coordinating client requests, preparing quotations, and managing reinsurance accounts Foster key account relationships and lead business development initiatives Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices Develop and maintain expertise in specific functional areas, such as group insurance Represent Munich Re Life & Health in local marketing activities and industry events YOUR PROFILEBachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Actuarial Science, Finance, or equivalent Qualified actuary (FSA, FIA, or equivalent) with a minimum of 8 years of insurance experience Proven track record in product development, risk management, and financial analysis Experienced in client relationship management and project/process management Demonstrated leadership, technical expertise, and management experience in an international setting Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and deal completion skills Effective team builder, delegator, and decision maker Proficient in English and Cantonese, with Mandarin preferred Our business model is based on the combination of primary insurance and reinsurance under one roof.
