What will you do Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture. Drive technical direction for projects using AWS, Mongo DB, Type Script, and Express.js. Ensure best practices in software development, code quality, and CI/CD processes. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. Facilitate agile ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives, planning sessions) and ensure the team follows agile principles. Identify and resolve technical challenges, ensuring scalable, secure, and robust architecture. We are looking for people who possess Proven experience (5+ years) in software engineering Strong expertise in AWS infrastructure and Dev Ops practices. Proficiency in Mongo DB, Type Script, and Express.js. Experience with agile methodologies and leading agile teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to mentor and inspire engineers to achieve their best work.
