Senior Associate, Branch Operations (Account Opening)Responsible for processing account opening, including both individual and corporate accounts. Set up customer profiles and create accounts in the bank system. Follow up with branch staff and customers on Account Opening issues. Provide administrative support e.g. documents filing and record keeping. Support branch in operations enquiries. Take up ad hoc projects as assigned. Requirements: Post-secondary education with at least 2-3 years' relevant Bank Account Opening experience. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Customer-focused with good communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably with proficiency in Putonghua. Good PC knowledge, including MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
