Description

We are hiring talent like you Join a mission-driven team at Green Tomato to rethink how businesses collaborate, work, and grow with AI.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you are the "AI Translator." You will conduct stakeholder reviews to validate business objectives and work closely with designers and technical leads to design agentic workflows and bespoke AI solutions.
Your role is about spotting patterns, asking the right questions, and guiding clients toward better processes powered by AI tools—not just for automation, but for real impact.
You will act as the first point of contact for functional design, creating detailed specifications that bridge human needs with AI capabilities.
You will do the following in this job: AI Workflow Analysis & Opportunity Identification: Map and evaluate existing business processes to spot inefficiencies.
Identify specific areas where LLMs, agentic workflows, and AI enhancements can make a tangible difference in work efficiency.
Communication & Strategic Storytelling: Effectively communicate complex AI solutions in fluent English.
Help clients and internal teams visualize their transformation journey through clear documentation, presentations, and insights that show how AI reshapes their daily operations.
Process Design & Rapid Prototyping: Partner with team leads and designers to implement and test AI-powered enhancements.
Define future "Human-AI" processes, ensuring they are technically feasible, user-friendly, and practical in real-world settings.
Meeting Facilitation & Change Leadership: Lead discussions to elicit requirements and guide teams through change.
Provide the "playbooks" and onboarding support necessary to ensure stakeholders feel confident adopting new AI-driven tools and methodologies.
Technical Bridging (AI & Traditional IT): Act as the crucial bridge between business needs and technical teams.
Translate business rules into AI logic (e.g., prompt requirements or data retrieval needs) and document complex solutions like API specifications or system diagrams.
Requirements Management: Elicit and gather comprehensive business requirements for complex projects.
Ensure documentation is precise, accurate, and aligned with business goals, utilizing tools like JIRA, Confluence, or AI-native project management platforms.
Testing & AI Quality Assurance: Define test scenarios from a business perspective, specifically focusing on AI accuracy and output validation.
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the solution meets the high-quality standards expected by Green Tomato clients.
Design Thinking & User Centricity: Adopt a "no right or wrong" mindset—learning fast by doing and iterating.
Use design thinking to ensure AI solutions address actual user pain points rather than just adding technical complexity.
We are hiring talent like you: Have 3–5 years of work experience in IT, mobile application development, or business consultancy.
Are an AI-native thinker.
You are curious about how AI is reshaping work and are eager to explore new tools like Chat GPT, Gemini, or Claude.
Possess a strong command of English (written and verbal), with the ability to present confidently to clients and senior stakeholders.
Have an inclination for workflows rather than just individual task completion.
You look at the "big picture" of how teams operate.
Are experienced in a client-facing position (agency or consulting background is highly preferred).
Are familiar with Agile/SCRUM methodologies and are comfortable in a fast-paced, experimental environment.
Bonus Points: Experience experimenting with AI agents or automation tools (e.g., n8n, Lang Graph, Dify) and a willingness to challenge existing practices to improve efficiency.
What You'll get: The AI Toolkit: Hands-on access to a professional suite of tools.
Mission Ownership: Creative freedom to shape how humans and AI collaborate from the inside out.
