Your day at NTT DATA
The Senior Client Manager is an advanced subject matter expert responsible for managing and growing client relationships, retaining existing clients, and generating new business within assigned accounts. The role involves driving land, expansion, and renewals across all solutions, pursuing leads, minimizing churn, maximizing retention, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the buying process.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow relationships to drive land, expansion, and renewals within assigned accounts.
Pursue leads identified by lead generation and business development teams.
Minimize churn and maximize client retention.
Drive client satisfaction and identify current and future needs.
Influence and collaborate with vendors and partners.
Utilize company sales tools and methodologies to manage accounts, opportunities, and pipelines.
Establish effective communication channels with clients.
Encourage revenue growth through additional services.
Serve as a reliable point of contact and build strong business relationships.
Determine suitable solutions for clients and align with other departments.
Develop understanding of client industries and identify opportunities.
Develop and align governance and compliance policies to manage risks.
Monitor financial governance and compliance to control costs.

Knowledge and Attributes:

Strong sales business acumen, understanding client business and financials.
Effective client engagement and management skills.
Knowledge of company offerings, client applications, and market trends.
Skills in creating and advancing sales opportunities.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or sales-related field.
Vendor certifications are advantageous.

Required Experience:

Experience in global partner management, sales, customer service, or IT/professional services industry.
Experience in business development, sales solutions, and working with Salesforce.com.
