· Provide excellent customer services and provide professional pension solutions to customers· Handle customer complaints and provide solutions· Solicit new businesses and cultivate long-term relationship with customers for further business opportunities· Provide support to team heads and assist in conducting AML review, system enhancement· Compile regular reports for management review· Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned Requirements:· University graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines· Minimum 3 years of experience in serving large corporate clients in pension / financial sector is preferred.
Less experience will be consider as Officer· Familiar with pension operations, AML, and related policies, regulatory requirements· Capacity to multi-task, self-motivated, able to work independently and customer oriented· Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
