Responsibilities: To collect and analyze user requirements, produce functional and/or system specifications and build or enhance application systems to cope with business needs To supervise or coordinate development teams to ensure quality of deliverables Participate in development and testing activities, and perform system support, system configuration & maintenance activities Manage project processes, documentation, progress reporting, status meeting and escalation effectively Work closely with business analysts, vendors and collaborate with other functional teams on system requirement analysis, effort estimation, design, development, testing, implementation, troubleshooting activities Requirements: Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines At least 5 years solid development experience in Java and/or Python Hands-on experience in Oracle, Websphere, Web service, XML, Javascript, MQ, Clear Case, shell scripts Working on banking systems, especially on Treasury area, would be an advantage Prior experience in treasury systems such as Murex, Summit, Calypso, etc preferred Familiar with SDLC Self-motivated and possess strong leadership, project management, analytical, problem solving, communication skills would be a definite advantage Fluent in Cantonese and good in spoken & written English, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus Willing to work under pressure in a competent, challenging, and team-working environment #LI
