Responsibilities: Conduct research on the latest developments in AI technology, evaluate and introduce suitable AI technologies and solutions, and drive the construction of AI platforms, services, and tools.

Be responsible for the planning of generative AI (language models, multimodal generation) related architectural engineering and the design and maintenance of platform infrastructure.

Conduct requirement analysis of generative AI application systems, evaluate the compatibility of system infrastructure resources, provide expert advice on function improvements and performance optimizations, and optimize the operation and maintenance processes of the AI platform and application systems.

Support the analysis of AI application requirements and scenarios, promote the implementation of scenarios, empower business development, and support the Group's long-term planning and construction of digital operations.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Data Analysis, Business Intelligence or a related field.

Over 8 years of work experience in AI and machine learning, with more than 3 years of experience in generative AI.

Familiarity with common programming frameworks and tools in the areas of generative AI (language models, multimodal generation).

Deep understanding of the basic concepts, processes, and methods of AI, especially in the theory of large models Deep understanding and practical experience of language models based on Transformer architecture.

Familiarity with open-source generative AI frameworks (such as Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Lang Serve, Lang Smith, x Inference, etc.).

Familiarity with fine-tuning methods for large language models like Lora and p-tuning, RAG workflow orchestration, agent development experience, and embedding deployment.

Experience with Transformer-based and v LLM deployment.

Familiarity with Kubernetes frameworks and deployment experience.

Excellent engineering practice skills, strong hands-on ability, and the capability to quickly execute demo experiments.

Good language expression and communication skills, teamwork ability, and learning ability.

Familiar with bank business and proficient in related business concepts.

Those with innovative fintech experience are preferred.
