YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage renewal business and develop new business to achieve sales targets. Prospect and identify quality prospects, liaising with clients, insurers, and loss adjusters for daily business handling. Provide main support in P&C broking, including corporate risk and personal lines. Build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders Participate in and implement marketing and servicing plans, including various marketing activities. OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE: Degree or diploma holder, with insurance qualifications to practice as an insurance broker in Hong Kong (i.e. IIQE Paper 1 & 2) is a must.3-5 years of experience in insurance broking, including corporate and commercial sectors. Good understanding of insurance products, claims processes, and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese; fluency in Mandarin is an advantage. Strong ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with various stakeholders. A good team player who is self-motivated, independent, and driven.
