Our client is a sizable listed company in Hong Kong with significant investment in China. They are seeking a high calibre candidate to base in Hong Kong and lead the financial/management reporting function for China business. Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a small team to deliver the monthly management reporting, annual budget / forecast and long-term financial projection of the Group. Handle financial issues related to the Group companies and review company level accounts. Formulate Group finance policies and procedures to promote standardization of the Group. Support interim / annual audits and results announcements of the Group. Perform ad hoc assignments as required. Requirements: Degree in Business, Finance / Accounting, Economics or related discipline. Member of the HKICPA or equivalent. Minimum 10 years of relevant post qualification experience in listed / sizable organizations and work experience at group level is essential. Experience in big four CPA firms is preferred. With past experience based in China is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua. Willing to work under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines. Familiar with China accounting regulation is a must.
