Your new role Lead the FP&A team, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
Provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations to senior management for business performance improvement.
Partner with business units to support decision-making, investment analysis, and resource allocation.
Develop and maintain robust financial models and dashboards to monitor KPIs and performance metrics.
Drive process improvements and implement best practices in financial planning and reporting.
Prepare management reports and presentations for executive leadership and board meetings.
What you'll need to succeed Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline; CPA is a must Minimum 10 years of experience in FP&A and business partnering, ideally within a group or multinational environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide clear insights.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel; experience with BI tools is a plus.
Fluent in English; Cantonese and Mandarin are advantageous.
