No.: 26272)Our client, an insurance company is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.Job DutiesAssist Head of HR in leading and managing overall HR functions including budgeting, talent strategy, recruitment, performance management, HR Operations, organizational development, and cultural value buildingAct as a strategic business partner, collaborating with senior management to align initiatives with company goals and workforce planningHandle end-to-end talent acquisition process and develop the strategies and approaches for retaining talentsReview and implement HR policies and proceduresDeliver proactive, strategic guidance, change management and support for organizational planning and development initiativesAnalyze HR data including turnover rates, headcount summary, internal & external market dataBuild and maintain a strong relationship with departmental leaders and HR colleaguesPerform ad hoc duties as requiredJob RequirementsBachelor’s degree holder or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline12 years of HR management experience in financial companiesStrong business acumen, confident, self-motivated and detail-mindedStrong practical experience and understanding in HR operationsAbility to provide HR insights for decision-making and drive organizational changesExcellent analytical, project management and problem solving skillsStrong communication ability with internal and external stakeholdersHigh integrity and able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive informationand employee dataGood command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
