We are looking for a high caliber professional to join our Human Resources Branch as Senior Human Resources Associate.
Key responsibilities include: Support the employee lifecycle, handling administrative processes which include but not limit to on-boarding and off-boarding, compensation, manpower budgeting, performance management, and employee relations.
Support HR Business Partners by advising line managers on various HR matters, also addressing employee inquiries and ensuring smooth HR operations Provide HR data analytics and insights to aid in the development of HR policies and projects and assist in preparing compensation proposals.
Support annual exercises such as pay reviews, incentive and bonus, and performance management, and employee engagement programs.
Handle day-to-day operation task and work with different Centre of Excellence (COE) e.g.
Compensation & Benefit, HRIS, Talent Acquisition, People Service team to achieve HR goals Prepare HR reports, such as staffing trends, recruitment status, and performance metrics to support business needs Execute various ad-hoc HR initiatives as assigned Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in HRM.
Relevant experience in engineering related industry is an advantage.
