Senior Human Resources Officer / Human Resources Officer (recruitment)

Key Responsibilities
Participate in the full spectrum of recruitment process such as posting recruitment advertisement, conduct interview, confirm employment offer and handle onboarding, etc.;
Monitor manpower budget and headcount;
Handle staff movement cases such as promotion, transfer and departure, etc.;
Coordinate on performance management process such as appraisal review, salary review and employment contract renewal;
Assist in HR projects including work process review, enhancement of HRIS, staff activities, job fair or recruitment talk, staff training etc.;
Perform other duties as assigned supervisor(s).
Our Requirements
Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
3-5 years’ solid human resources working experience preferable with sizable company / NGO;
Sound knowledge of Employment Ordinance and other related ordinances;
Mature, detail-oriented, a team player, able to work independent;
Highly self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
Good command of MS Office (i.e. Vlookup and Pivot Table) and Chinese Word Processing;
For candidates who have more relevant experiences, he/she will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer.
