(Ref No.: 3/03 SHRO-HRD/HKTDC)The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (“HKTDC”), the statutory organisation promoting Hong Kong’s external trade, seeks a dynamic and high caliber professional to join our Human Resources Department. Responsibilities: Act as a business partner in providing quality human resources services to the designated portfolio Coordinate with the hiring managers to manage the talent acquisition process including candidate sourcing, interview arrangement, selection and the necessary documentations for onboarding Provide quality support services in the staff movement and off-boarding logistics Handle related enquiries in accordance with the Council’s policies and processes Assist in planning and executing human resources strategies to meet the operational needs of the departments Support annual exercises such as performance appraisal Compile management reports, maintain data update in the HR system, filing and other administrative duties Requirements: University graduate in Human Resources, Business or other related disciplines Minimum 4 years of solid experience in HR operations, preferably with sizable organisations Hands-on experience in HRIS system Mature, pleasant, service-oriented and attentive to details A good team player with good Interpersonal and communications skills, able to deal with colleagues at different levels Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related statutory regulations Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, preferably fluent in Putonghua Multi-tasking and able to meet tight deadlines Candidates with less relevant experience can be considered for Human Resources Officer. Remuneration and Benefits: Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
