The role: Hands-on role admninistering, troubleshooting and supporting the firm's on-prem IT (end users, servers, storage and networking), as well as system monitoring, network monitoring, handling incidents / issues, as well as managing IT inventory and working with leads in Infrastructure, Security and Development Teams for project planning, testing, implementation and delivery etc.

Deployment and maintenance of on-premises servers, storage, and networking.  Manage IT service functions and daily operations.

Network design, configuration, and maintainance for the office LAN/WAN, switches, routers, and wireless access points.

Monitor network performance to ensure optimal uptime and implement security firewalls and intrusion detection.

Manage and collaborate with vendors for hardware and software procurement.

Develop and enforce IT security policies: protect company assets and ensure compliance with industry regulations, data protection etc.

Maintain accurate documentation for system configurations, troubleshooting procedures and user manuals for software and hardware.

Implement ITIL best practices for incident, problem and change management.

What you offer: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engienering or related.  Additional certifications are a plus.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a hands-on IT operations and support role managing infrastructure across Server, End User, Networking, Storage etc.

Strong experience including PC hardware/software troubleshooting including Windows, Mac OS and Linux essential.

Experience with unified endpoint management tools such as Intune or Mobile Iron a big advantage.
