Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of Java-based applications and systems using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements for new features and enhancements. Conduct system analysis and design reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives. Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues and system performance challenges. Mentor and guide junior developers and provide technical leadership. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation. Qualifications: Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development.
