The (Senior) Retail Leasing Officer is responsible for the leasing and management of the company's retail spaces. This role involves identifying and attracting the optimal mix of retail tenants, negotiating lease agreements, and ensuring the mall's tenant portfolio aligns with the overall strategic vision. The Retail Leasing Officer acts as the primary point of contact for both existing and prospective tenants, providing excellent customer service and working collaboratively to meet their business needs. Responsibilities Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to fill vacant spaces and maintain a high occupancy rate. Identify, prospect, and negotiate with potential tenants to secure new lease agreements. Manage the lease renewal process for existing tenants, including renegotiating terms and conditions. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform leasing decisions. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the company's tenant mix and attract new visitors. Maintain detailed records of lease agreements, tenant information, and leasing activities. Address tenant inquiries and resolve any lease-related issues in a timely and professional manner. Assist in the preparation of regular reports and presentations for management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field.2 years or above of experience in retail leasing or commercial property management. Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with tenants and stakeholders. Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and make strategic leasing decisions. Proficient in using real estate and lease management software. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Knowledge of local real estate regulations and industry best practices.
