Key Responsibilities Reporting to the Deputy Chief Executive, the Senior Manager will: Collaborate closely with senior leadership in shaping and executing strategic plans across diverse service areas; Lead interdisciplinary teams to deliver integrated, evidence-based services aligned with community needs; Drive organizational capacity building, operational and financial excellence, and reputation enhancement; Provide cultural, strategic, and operational leadership in policy development, advocacy, and service innovation; and Explore and oversee resource development opportunities to support sustainable service models.
