Job Description - Senior Manager / Manager – Strategic Alliances (GBA) (2300005E) Job Description Senior Manager / Manager – Strategic Alliances (GBA) - ( 2300005E ) Role And Responsibilities New World Group is a leading conglomerate in Hong Kong. With multiple business units, Strategic Alliance team was established to build and maintain group level B2B partnerships. With the growing importance of GBA, we are recruiting a Senior Manager / Manager in responsible for GBA B2B partnership management. Reporting to Head of Partnership Development, this position will drive GBA B2B partnership strategy, aiming to strengthen partners portfolio and contribute to New World Group revenue.  The ideal candidate will partner with external and internal customers to create and implement year-round partnership campaigns. The position requires a self-motivated person with business acumen sense, strong relationship management and influencing skills. Responsible for managing the relationship and business development activities for assigned GBA B2B partners, achieving business objectives of securing referred B2B revenue to NWD ecosystem. Day to day accounts management and facilitate communications between B2B partners and BUs, manage the campaign process end to end and ensure aligned action plans and seamless deliverables to drive values for both parties. Bring new GBA B2B partners and leads, build a robust pipeline of sales opportunities. Maintain deep expertise in the company’s product and business objectives, work with BUs to identify new or bespoke opportunities for revenue gains. Possess a thorough understanding of partners’ needs and deliver exceptional partners’ value via leveraging group resources. Plan, negotiate and build group level GBA strategic alliance partnership. Cultivate the partnerships to take full advantage for a long-term and scalable return. Requirements University grade in Marketing or Business Studies, excellent written and verbal communication skills. At least 6 years of relevant Sales and/or Marketing working experience. Experience in B2B business development related in Greater Bay Area to property business, commercial leasing, lifestyle, financial services would be an advantage. Work well under pressure and with calibres from a variety of background. Candidates with more experience could be considered as Senior Manager – Strategic Alliances.
