Job Duties Supervise Clearing of Cheque process to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations Perform clearing cheque verification and quality checking on various deliverables Closely communicate with various internal and external parties as well as outsource vendor Design and develop operation procedures and guidelines Involve in operation transformation, project implementation and workflow enhancement Prepare user acceptance test Job Requirements Post-secondary education or above At least 6 years of relevant experience in the banking industry, including 2 years at a supervisory level Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and project management skills Good PC knowledge, including MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
