Responsibilities: Oversee and enhance the company's trading products through continuous optimization.

Monitor and assess trading activities to manage risk exposure effectively.

Identify and respond to risk events related to financial markets and corporate transactions.

Contribute to the development of trading and analytical tools to improve operational efficiency.

Maintain necessary documentation and internal procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with internal teams to drive strategic initiatives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with liquidity providers and external partners.

Requirements: Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in financial markets, expeirence in a managerial role is certainly a plus.

Bachelor's degree or above in finance, computer science, or a related field.

Hands-on experience with MT4 backend or other trading platforms.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Python or similar tools.

Ability to quickly learn and adapt, with a strong sense of responsibility.

Strong communicator and interpersonal skills that able to work with various senior stakeholders.

Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a must.
