Responsibilities: Conduct market research and provide proactive recommendations on theoretical analysis and forward-looking guidance on bank’s financing business development at the macro-economy level. Identify the potential customer and business opportunities for frontline departments and give directions on product development. Gather market information, latest policy, industry news, and produce analysis on regular and ad hoc basis. Maintain communication with Head Office, mainland branches and offshore branches, and to seek opportunities for business and product development. Requirements: University graduate in Business/ Finance or related discipline. Holder of CFA is preferable. Minimum 8 years’ working experience with sound knowledge of banking products. Keen awareness of market trends, including central bank policy, regulation and industry knowledge. Sound knowledge of fixed income and currency. Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills. Detail oriented and self-motivated. Conversant with MS Word, Excel & Chinese character input. Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua.
