We are fast-moving and always evolving to drive our purpose of making travel better.Join our family today.Together, we'll make travel better.What you'll be doing:Strategic Planning and Implementation:Based on Regional Sales strategy, develop and implement Hong Kong local sales and marketing strategy to drive business opportunities and increase sales of Smart Traveller membership that are in line with the company’s goal and direction.Develop annual game plan with actionable steps to attain revenue goals.Conduct and analyse regularly local market intelligence, customer behaviour, market landscape, competitors pricing, aviation/travel trends and activities closely.Manage a portfolio of brands and products including “Allways” - airport concierge, “Plaza Premium Lounge” , “Plaza Premium First” – airport and high-speed railway lounges, “Aerotel” - airport transit hotels, “Intervals”, “Lee Fa Yuen Express” and “Root98” – airport dining concepts and “Smart Traveller” - reward program.Account Planning, Management and Growth: Define and implement a clear account strategy to improve the presence and revenue at local level.Develop strategic and tactical account plans and identify new business opportunities.Leverage internal resources as key inputs to the planning process. Continuously monitor activity against the plan.Effectively lead all negotiations. Ensure successful submissions of agreements and value propositions during the proposal and contracting phrases. Ensure selection and deal closing. Drive contract revenue to exceed established goals. Identify, evaluate and respond to key business issues in the account, and develop, present up-to-date company product and services to the client.Maintain compliance with contract terms and conditions, and maximize the organizations’ revenue throughout the contract terms.Conduct quarterly and annual business reviews with all accounts.Identify key stakeholders and develop penetration strategies for all levels of the account’s organization.Facilitate customer relationships both cross-functionally and hierarchically between the company and the account’s organization.Influence the internal team (operations, finance, IT, legal and marketing) to ensure customer satisfaction and proactive revenue/services growth.About you:University graduate in Business Administration or related disciplinesMinimum 10 years’ relevant experience, preferably with membership selling experience will be an advantage.Strong business acumen with in-depth knowledge in aviation or travel industryCapable of working under pressure and prioritize work with excellent time managementAggressive, self-motivated and committed to achieving sales targetAttentive to details, efficient, well-planned with good business senseStrong communication and interpersonal skills with analytical mindExcellent command of both spoken and written English (MUST) Chinese and MandarinProficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processingGood customer service and account management skills
