Job Responsibilities

Conduct credit card market research, including market trend and competitor analysis.
Utilize data analysis to evaluate marketing campaigns and business strategies, identifying new business opportunities.
Assist in developing and formulating credit card business strategies, financial models, propositions, and tactical plans.
Prepare business papers, proposals, and reports.
Provide administrative support to the department.

Qualifications

Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Quantitative Analysis, or related disciplines.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in Credit Card, Unsecured Lending, Retail Banking, Product Management, Customer Management, or Sales Development.
Strong business acumen with good quantitative analytical skills; familiarity with credit card products is a plus.
Excellent stakeholder management, self-motivation, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in Chinese business paper/proposal writing and proficiency in Power Point.
Experience with SAS or other statistical analysis tools is preferred.
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).

Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Manager, Strategic Planning (Credit Card Business) position.
