As a Senior Network Manager, you will be at the forefront of leading and overseeing various network projects that are crucial for mission-critical infrastructures.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate exceptional design and problem-solving capabilities to ensure project outcomes meet high standards of quality and are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise network projects while directing problem investigations and resolutions for essential network infrastructures.

Manage the procurement process effectively, which includes gathering network requirements, preparing tender documents, evaluating proposals, and ensuring contract compliance and approvals.

Oversee project budgets and new initiative expenditures, ensuring adherence to financial controls.

Identify, evaluate, and manage IT risks associated with network projects.

Cultivate strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Propel enhancements in documentation related to project deliverables such as IT assets, configurations, network diagrams, procedures, and expectations.

Keep the team informed about new network technologies and best practices, continuously assessing and suggesting improvements to network infrastructure and operations.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT network project support, with at least 5 years in a management or supervisory role.

Comprehensive knowledge of network technologies including ACI, Vx LAN, SDWAN, cloud networking, IP multicast, and network security.

Demonstrated experience in mission-critical network projects encompassing designing, testing, upgrading, and migrating networks, along with experience in automating network operations.

Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

Excellent analytical, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills that allow for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in large organizations.

A driven self-starter capable of working independently and highly motivated with a focus on delivering results.
