Key Responsibilities: Create fun and easy-to-understand investment related content that resonates with fans Monitor media, forums and in-app conversations to catch trendy topics and generate real-time marketing content Brainstorm with the team for short video ideas (e.g.

reels), write script and work with post-production editor to finalize the videos Prepare content performance report to review & optimize content Plan and implement engagement campaigns to build vibrant social communities for the brand Increase loyalty and brand preference by promoting brand IP via social platforms Proactively collect feedback from social communities & forums, and work with stakeholders to improve customer satisfaction Generate customer insight by monitoring & summarizing forum discussions Ad hoc content localization and quality control Assist in crisis management Assist in liaising and collaborating with internal counter parties Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Marketing, Media, Public Relations, Communication, Finance or related field Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, focus on social media content creation and community management.
