Responsibilities
Support BAU for syndication loan, bilateral loan drawdown
Review loan documents and internal approval for new loan facilities
Set up credit line and perform limit booking in the loan system for new loan facilities and facilities renewal
Handle cheque deposit, daily cheque clearing and bank confirmation request.
Checking of KYC documents for all new and existing customers
Monitor and ensure sufficient funds in the corresponding bank accounts and perform internal fund transfer when necessary
Handle and approve SWIFT payment to lenders and participant bank for syndication loan
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking or financial related field.
Familiar with the daily operation flow, especially in corporate loan business.
Strong knowledge of SWIFT Alliance & e MBT will be an advantage.
Ability to deliver a high level of responsiveness to internal customers.
Maintain high level of focus and accuracy.
