Responsibilities: To handle full set of fund administration function of funds and discretionary accounts including account opening, trade settlement, cash / security holding reconciliation, processing of investor subscription and redemption; To prepare / reconcile NAV reports for the funds / discretionary accounts and ensure delivery of accurate and timely report to client; To coordinate with fund administrators, transfer agents, custodians, brokers and other internal/external parties to resolve daily operation issues; To support new business / new fund setup and system development; To perform ad-hoc projects as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree holder or above in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related fields; With CPA qualification will be an advantage; With 3 years' or above experience in fund operations; Hands-on experience in SFC authorized fund and operations flow is preferred; Familiar with regulatory requirements for investment products and good understanding of market rule and practices will be an advantage; Experience in Investment products settlement including equities, fixed income, Unit Trust and structured products will be an advantage; Proficiency in MS Office and systems such as Bloomberg AIM and Linedata will be an advantage; Detail-oriented, well-organised and strong sense of responsibility;  Good communication skills and willingness to work as a team; Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua.
