The role of Partnerships function is to build and manage relationships with brands participating in the programme and ensure delivery of the agreed value proposition and benefits to the partners.The Senior Partnerships Manager position is a critical leading role in the ‘Partnershps’ organization within the yuu Rewards team. This position is responsible for seamless programme delivery and execution of agreed plans and initiatives at key partner/s.The role requires engagement with stakeholders in the partner organization to realize the to identify and realise opportunities to develop the programme, define joint objectives to build engagement and ensure that programme data, insights and channels are used appropriately to support partner objectives. This extends from commercial discussions towards a finalized contract, operationalizing customer engagement and other processes and subsequent execution of marketing programmes and other initiatives on a BAU basis.Key responsibilities:Relationship management: Engage with the Partner leadership team on an ongoing basis for all commercial, marketing and financial discussionsEnsure seamless integration of the partner into the programme and subsequent scale up of participation by ensuring commitment towards the programme across stakeholder levelsUnderstand partners' key business & marketing objectives and develop a joint strategic roadmap within the programmeSecure attractive customer offers for a successful launch and ensure ongoing customer engagement activities aligned with both the Partners’ trade plan and yuu activities calendarDevelop joint marketing and engagement plans with the partner to deliver towards the agreed roadmapBuild the insights strategy over time for the partner; work closely with the yuu analytics team to identify key business areas where programme data insights can add value, and define success criteria and performance targets across agreed plans on an ongoing basisContinuously identify opportunities and initiatives to deepen the partners commitment to the programmeIdentify and realise opportunities to improve programme performanceTimely resolution of issues/minimize escalationsRequirementsUniversity degree8+ years experience in stakeholder management/ partnership management/marketingStrong commercial and communication skillsStrong analytics skills and ability to work with numbers and dataExperience in campaign planning, execution, and measurementTeam management Retail experience is ideal, loyalty experience preferred but not essential
