We are looking for a high‑calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Product Manager, Integration Features.
Responsibilities
Define medium‑to‑long‑term product capability and feature roadmaps that reflect evolving client needs, market infrastructure, regulation and emerging technologies. Ensure alignment with future state architecture and broader Client Connectivity and CIB goals.
Set the direction for new product solutions, prioritising epics and empowering product owners to refine user stories and backlogs for delivery. Maintain visibility of roadmaps to broader business stakeholders and link to Client Connectivity strategy.
Govern capability product performance through periodic reviews, financial management (revenue and cost) and risk mitigation. Own benefit realisation and track OKRs and KPIs.
Oversee customer‑level file integration processing and transformation capabilities, driving client centricity and cross‑functional collaboration across the CIB organisation.
Review client feedback, usage data, complaints, and industry insights to refine capability development, commercialisation, and risk management approaches.
Design capabilities with a focus on end‑to‑end client and colleague experience, prioritising automation and minimising manual intervention.
Enable agile delivery of capabilities by setting clear direction on roadmap and epic definition for product owners while maintaining HSBC control standards.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge or experience in Payments, Cash Management and/or Digital Channels.
Demonstrable success in a product or channel‑management capacity, with end‑to‑end product lifecycle expertise and a record of commercialising new digital capabilities or improvements in client experience.
Experience with Agile/Scaled Agile delivery environments and understanding of agile delivery team roles.
Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex ideas simply in client‑centric language, including data requirements.
