Responsibilities: To assist project managers in overall planning and executing of the mainland China online platforms, related to Taobao and JD international shop. Provide logistical support and recruit potential participants and brands for the online design gallery in mainland China. To coordinate with participants on product selection, inventory control, POS, logistics, licensing requirements, accounting, year-round marketing campaigns and promotions. To liaise and maintain good relations with working partners and relevant participants. Work with the online design gallery operator on participant merchandise details and facilitate shop operations, including warehousing in China and Hong Kong, POS, logistics, inventory control, to ensure smooth daily operations. Collaborate with the online design gallery operator and external vendors on marketing activities, web page layout design, photography and others. Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor. Requirements: University graduate with a minimum of 3 years' experience in e-commerce, business, marketing or related disciplines. Proactive, self-initiated and detail-minded. Mature, creative, with team spirit. Able to multitask, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua. Proficiency in MS applications and Chinese word-processing. Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with people from all levels. Solid prior experience in mainland China e-commerce business will be an advantage. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Project Executive, Online.
