Institute of Professional Education And Knowledge (PEAK) is one of the member institutions of the Vocational Training Council responsible for the provision of in-service training and professional examination services.
More than 200 major companies have utilised its corporate training services.
Major Duties:(a)To spearhead the planning, design, development and marketing of award-bearing insurance training programmes, professional examinations and other services;(b)To manage PEAK's award-bearing and non-award bearing training programmes;(c)To provide support for matters relating to the accreditation / re-accreditation of PEAK's programmes; and implement VTC quality assurance policies;(d)To grow customer base and develop new market opportunities for PEAK in Hong Kong, Macau and in the Mainland; and(e)To achieve annual financial income targets and business results.
Requirements:(a)A recognised degree or equivalent qualification in Insurance, Finance, or Risk Management, preferably with a master's degree;(b)At least 5 years' relevant experience in the insurance or related industry, preferably with exposure in training and development, and management of QF-accredited programmes;(c)Relevant professional qualification(s) in insurance, e.g.
ANZIIF, CII, etc.
are highly preferred;(d)In-depth understanding of the latest regulatory requirements, technical knowledge, market practices and training and development needs of the local insurance industry;(e)Proven records in service selling and account management with an established business network in the insurance, banking and financial services industries; and(f)Good communication and presentation skills with a high level of proficiency in both English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua.
