Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the day-to-day property management of a commercial / office building.
Handle tenants' complaints and liaise with owners and tenants.
Monitor and supervise the work and performance of service contractors to deliver quality services.
Attend Owners' Committee meetings and prepare regular reports.
Monitor daily operation for property management, cleaning, and security services.
Coordinate repair & maintenance works, improvement projects, interior fitting out work and reinstatement works.
Other ad-hoc assignments as required.
Job Requirements: A university degree or higher in Property Management or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in property and facility management.
Preferably holds a PMP (Tier 2) or (Tier 1) license.
Relevant professional qualifications such as CIH, HKIH, or RPHM are advantageous.
Experience working with Owners' Incorporations (IO) and Owners' Committees (OC) is a plus.
Familiarity with Deed of Mutual Covenant (DMC), Building Management Ordinance (BMO), and related regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general word processing.
Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
