Key Responsibilities Lead all quantity surveying functions including procurement, tendering, contract administration, cost planning, cost control, and final accounts Prepare detailed cost reports for senior management review Develop and implement robust contract management processes to support project execution Conduct tender evaluations and cost analyses Manage payment processes, assess variation orders, claims, and finalize accounts Perform ad-hoc duties as required Qualifications Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline, with professional qualifications such as MHKIS or equivalent Minimum 12–15 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying and contract management, preferably with both contractor and developer exposure Strong expertise in tendering, subletting, procurement, negotiation, and contract administration for building construction projects Solid understanding of the Buildings Ordinance, related legislation, Codes of Practice, and construction site safety regulations Excellent analytical, scheduling, and negotiation skills, with proven ability to coordinate effectively with contractors and vendors Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese**Candidates with more experience may be considered for a Head of Quantity Surveying role.
